About Northlake Moving and Storage
With Atlas, Northlake is part of a relocation network which uses the most current technology to support every aspect of a client’s move. Northlake employs more than 30 people who oversee moves which are within a 150-mile radius of Covington, Louisiana, as well as national moves across state lines and international moves. The team consists of drivers, crew members, account and customer service representatives, and an administrative support team.
The company serves governmental clients in addition to corporate ones, but Northlake’s bread and butter remains household moves, taking families from one home to another. In addition to the moving services, Northlake also offers storage and distribution services.

The Northlake team consistently receives recognition for their commitment and operational excellence. Drivers have received the Safe Operator Award from Atlas Van and the Customer Service Award. Both of which include meeting all safety requirements on the road. We have also received awards and recognition for our community service work including our work with Move for Hunger.

Whether they are moving a family across town or across the country, they follow all processes and procedures for safety and customer service. Their good driving records speak volumes about their professionalism. All of our drivers have been with us for many years and have built their careers with Northlake.
Community Service
When hurricanes Harvey, IDA, Michael and others devastated portions of the Gulf South, Northlake Moving and Storage quickly mobilized to bring food, water, and household goods to the impacted communities. As a company, we are also focused on food scarcity in America and participate in Move for Hunger, an organization we passionately support.
