Our team of professional movers places the greatest care and concern in preparing your goods for transportation. Our experienced personnel carefully pack and wrap your items to protect them from potential damage during transit. Special attention is dedicated to your fragile items or anything you note as requiring extra care. We also offer unpacking services for added convenience. Should you decide to do your own packing, we have all the proper packing supplies that you will require.

Because we have the "Unrestricted Right of Self-Haul," we can manage all phases of a move from origin through destination. You get the assurance of knowing who is actually involved in the transportation of your possessions. Our staff is on-hand to assist you before, during and after the actual move.

Atlas was the first van line to require background checks of permanently employed laborers, and in 2006, this expanded to include temporary laborers as well. As an agent of Atlas Van Lines, we are affiliated with a network of fellow agents - not only around the United States, but around the world. Whether your relocation requires shipment by land, air or sea, we have the expertise, resources and partnerships to get the job done right and on-time and within budget.

Northlake alleviates any worries you might have about your international move. We will provide a straightforward, personalized plan from an international move coordinator that knows you by name. Your coordinator will watch for potential issues along the way and solve any problems on your behalf.

Warehouse & Distribution

At Northlake, we understand that different customers have different storage needs. You might need to store your items for a few weeks while your new home is being finished or for a few years while you take a temporary reassignment overseas. We offer several personalized options to meet all your needs. Our large, secure warehouse allows your goods to be stored for as long as you need. Your possessions are kept safe and dry in our secure wooden vaults. We even offer the convenience of 24-hour access within our mini-storage units. We have a variety of sizes available and offer temperature controlled units for our customers who want to store items that could be damaged by climatic changes. We also have non-climate controlled units available.

We also offer record storage for your documents so that you do not have to use valuable space at your office. Ask us about this unique service.
Our distribution services are specially designed for commercial goods. We have a regular delivery route that spans from I-55 at the Mississippi state line south to Lake Maurepas. We can also schedule deliveries into the New Orleans metropolitan area as needed.

Our trucks are equipped with lift gates to help ensure your merchandise arrives safely. Our distribution services are currently being used by large national organizations to move their goods throughout southern Louisiana.
